THE POTENTIAL OF EVERY CHILD IS UNIMAGINABLE:
YET BE TRYING TO IMAGINE IT
WE CAN HELP THAT CHILD REACH TOWARDS IT

No two children are the same. Their eating habits, playing interest, learning aptitude, moral values are different.

In most cases we generally motivate the interest of a child in the area we feel is the best for him/her. We decide what is best for the child. As teachers and educators we have a significant and pivotal role to play. We have to realize the interest of a particular child in respect of a particular game, spot or subject, and create a perfect ambience for it (potential) to be nurtured and perfected. Very rarely does a child come out successful in reaching his/her objectives. There are many reasons for this. Poor infrastructures, non-availability of resources, untrained educators are just some of the reasons to cite for this result, and by large, it is the institute that to ensure that a child reaps maximum benefits from the teachers, is of the fundamental better more realized how it instills a sense of useful, social, physical and spiritual growth.

A boat without a rudder” – is like a man without aim/objective. Contrary to this fact we have realized how important it is for us educators. To imagine the potential/qualities a child is born with, and provides all necessary grooming and perfecting scope to this potential. It is an unimaginable thought to have twenty children in a class and each to have an individual interest for twenty different things. But as educators we need to imagine it. In doing so, this imagination turns in to a challenge, a challenge to bring out the best in the potential of a child. An objective which in the long run would enable the child to discover attributes qualities, talents and potential in him/her. This in turn would inevitably lead to the child being to decide the career she/he is best suited for.

In short, we have to be the fertilizer to the speed that is within each child.
